purism-librem5: don't install Alsa UCM configs + upgrade to librem5-base 60

Administrator requested to merge newbyte/librem-5-ucm-upstream into master

Removing the UCM configs is important as otherwise this conflicts with Alsa v1.2.9, wherein they have been upstreamed1, and Alpine has an open MR to upgrade to this version2. Also upgrade to yesterday's librem5-base while at it. Ideally we would merge this right after 2 has been merged.
