linux-google-veyron: upgrade to 6.1.27

Administrator requested to merge linux-google-veyron into master

Switch to LTS by upgrading to 6.1.27.

I already have too many different devices and kernels to maintain. This way I want to make it easier to keep it up-to-date (e.g. in terms of security patches), because LTS upgrades have less possibility of regressions than stable upgrades.
