Administrator requested to merge sdm845/6.3-release into master

Upgrade kernel to version 6.3.2.

Tested:

  • Oneplus 6
  • Xiaomi Poco F1 (EBBG)
  • Shiftmq 6

Shiftmq 6 requires testing before merging because the touchscreen driver is changed in this release. We dropped our focaltech touchscreen driver in favor of another driver that is already available in mainline. I don't have the device, so it would be nice if @calebccff or @dylanvanassche or anyone can give this MR a try in Shiftmq 6 and confirm if the touchscreen especially works fine.
