kde/plasma-phone-components: enable calls

In theory this should enable calls with Plasma Mobile, untested though. At least the packages are updated.

I've switched the source of telepathy-ofono to the one from TelepathyIM rather than the way outdated and unmaintained Ubuntu package. This source doesn't have a release though, and the current version appears lower than the Ubuntu package so in existing installations it'll not be replaced. Not sure how to handle this.
