lg-w5: move from armhf to armv7 (2nd attempt)

As per title: moved the LG L70 (LG w5) from armhf to armv7, as per note in the wiki: https://wiki.postmarketos.org/wiki/LG_L70\_(lg-w5)

Done as instructed in #4082

Should be:

lg-w5: move from armhf to armv7

(maybe this could be fixed by whoever merges it if you prefer)
