Draft: AMlogic bootrom dumping tool

Administrator requested to merge tools/amlogic into master

This MR adds 2 types of packages:

  • amlogic-usbdl tool that can run on any USB host device and exploits vulnerabilities in AMlogic bootrom in various SoCs
  • amlogic-usbdl-payload-* this is the aarch64 binary that runs on the target device - AMlogic SoCs s905*

There are multiple repositories for both the tool and payloads. Do you think merging them into just two packages would make sense? Or is it better to keep them separated?
