linux-postmarketos-qcom-msm8974: upgrade to 6.4.0

Administrator requested to merge msm8974-6.4 into master

Kconfig changes:

  • Enable PWM_CLK and INPUT_PWM_VIBRA instead of INPUT_CLK_VIBRATOR for Nexus 5
  • Disable unused clock drivers
  • Disable MEDIA_SUPPORT - currently unused

Tested on:

  • Fairphone 2 (fairphone-fp2)
  • Google Nexus 5 (lg-hammerhead)
  • OnePlus One (oneplus-bacon)
  • Samsung Galaxy Note 3 (samsung-hlte)
  • Samsung Galaxy S5 (samsung-klte) -- !known broken! but will be fixed later due to time constraints and to not block this
  • Sony Xperia Z3 (sony-leo)
