Draft: linux-postmarketos-exynos4: build in camera configs

Draft for folks to test using mrtest as it may need amending.

Looking at @fourkbomb's work at https://github.com/fourkbomb/linux and blog post at https://blog.forkwhiletrue.me/posts/camera-on-galaxy-s3/ , I am trying to get Megapixels working on my t0lte (which would then make porting to other Exynos 4412 devices super simple as they have the same sensors), and I think these changes are needed kernel side for it to work. However I have run into issues, and so am asking for people to test these changes and see if something needs changing kernel side, or hopefully I am just missing something userspace side, and then this can be merged.
