xiaomi-vince: add ALSA ucm2 profile
This add a tested and working ucm2 profile for xiaomi-vince
I tested:
- secondary and primary mic
- headphones playback
- headphones mic
- media buttons from headphones (play/pause)
You also can manually test it with
alsaucm -c xiaomi-vince set _verb HiFi set _enadev Headphones
To make it fully working this need to be merged
