Sxmo refact

My goal is to move most of the dependencies on the aports side of packaging. It will allow us to split even more sxmo-utils scripts and configs, and to make Sxmo more configurable.

Things to discuss:

There is three remaining sxmo-common-qt_tweaks, sxmo-common-bluetooth and sxmo-common-bluetoothpulse. I'd like to refactorise this also.

• is it possible to make one clean qt-mobile package, or similar, packages instead of this shared script?
• why there is two related bluetooth subpackages?
• is it possible to have one of them? or ideally none of them?
