Draft: temp/mutter: fork from alpine for triple buffering

It is difficult for me to use snapdragon 7c laptop without it. I'm going to maintain it at least locally, but it would be useful for other people too and not only on 7c. I'm not sure whether we should have it in pmaports, so I would like to hear your opinion about it

They seem to be fine with shipping it in distributions, since they provide stable branches. It is also enabled in debian
