linux-pine64-pinenote: upgrade to 6.3.10

Administrator requested to merge pinenote-kernel-6-3 into master

Hello,

this is just upgrade of the Pinenote kernel. Here's list of changes done by Maxmillian:

https://matrix.to/#/!QtTzSRYMuozjbOQkzJ:matrix.org/$PE0rFs6RR8qJ0P9VP4dgGAVvPv-9aZ2UMl3vDTFLvLY?via=matrix.org&via=kde.org&via=tchncs.de

  • working btpen (all my other 6.x branches missed a crucial patch from smaeul)
  • improved control over the backlight driver (now defaults to 10 mA instead of 28 mA)
  • ebc driver: new module_parameter: temp_override <- choose your own temperature, i.e. to see the differences in latency new module parameter: dclk_select <-change ebc clock between 200 and 250 Mhz, while ignoring the display mode clocks
  • the display mode clocks can now be used to tell the compositor what refresh rate we really want for buffer flips. added refresh rates between 20 and 40 Hz
  • removed a strange locking construct of mine that is most probably bad, very bad (but no changes with regard to ghosting...)
  • Test on the Pinenote
