linux-postmarketos-qcom-msm8953: upgrade to 6.4.7
Updated the kernel to version 6.4.7 and added fixes for the speaker on xiaomi-daisy and xiaomi-tissot (related to !4268 (merged)).
Also changed the aport to use tags instead of commit hashes.
