acer-aspire1: New device

Administrator requested to merge aspire1 into master

Introduce a new device: Acer Aspire 1 Qualcomm laptop.

This MR uses CROS sc7180 kernel as a base, adding few patches that have been already accepted upstream and will land in v6.5~v6.6

Notable omissions from the MR:

  • No fuel-gauge - the EC driver PoC is not included in this MR, charging works as it's not OS managed, and the EC would blink the led on the side when the device has <10% battery left.
  • No lid sensor - Needs EC
  • No USB-C DP Alt mode (external display) - Needs EC
  • No low power modes in suspend - Needs patches not-yet-accepted upstream and non-upstreamable hacks.
  • Audio - Needs more work

Generally the laptop is pretty useable as-submitted, given you get 10-12 hours of screen time from the battery :D
