community/linux-postmarketos-qcom-sdm845: upgrade to 6.5.5

Administrator requested to merge sdm845-6.5-release into master

There are two changes to note:

  1. We are using a common board-2.bin for the sdm845 devices that contains calibration for each devices. Upstreaming it to linux-firmware repo is in progress. Ship it through firmware packages till it's upstreamed.
  2. bootmac fixes and update is needed to have bluetooth working in v6.5, thus it is included as part of this MR. So that everything goes together.

Test Needed For:

  • Xiaomi Poco F1 (tianma)
  • Xiaomi Poco F1 (ebbg)
  • Oneplus 6
  • Oneplus 6T
  • Shiftmq 6

Kindly help me in testing if you have the devices.
