Draft: lg-hammerhead: add _pmb_select

Administrator requested to merge lg-hammerhead into master

Add _pmb_select="soc-qcom-msm8916-rproc", which allows users to select from none, no-modem and all. Note that none doesn't really disable Wi-Fi, which is provided by Broadcom chips instead of WCNSS provided by msm8974.
