samsung-coreprimevelte: enable touchscreen and DRM

Administrator requested to merge coreprime-ts into master

This MR enables DRM and touchscreen using the downstream PMIC driver on samsung-coreprimevelte with the mainline kernel. The PMIC driver will be rewritten for mainline eventually.

The kernel is also upgraded to 6.6_rc3 as part of the MR.
