Draft: linux-postmarketos-rockchip: upgrade to 6.5.7

Administrator requested to merge linux-rockchip-6.5 into master

All kconfig changes are from running "pmb kconfig migrate"

I also removed the comment about CONFIG_ROCKCHIP_CDN_DP, because that has actually been =y since c1464d8f, and no one has complained 🤷
