sc8180x changes

Administrator requested to merge sc8180x-systemd-boot into master
  • upgrade kernel to 6.6.0
  • fix UFS with cmdline from thinkpad x13s
  • add pmic glink modules to initramfs which seem to be required for USB now
  • switch to systemd-boot

I'm doing everything in one MR, because switch to systemd-boot requires kernel config, and new kernel can't be booted without new initfs modules, so I want these things merged simultaneously
