Draft: main/mobile-config-firefox: add install_if="firefox"

Not every installation has Firefox pre-installed and just apk add firefox doesn't pull in the mobile config currently. However if you're using postmarketOS you almost definitely want those mobile tweaks so this makes apk pull it in automatically.

This is especially relevant on Plasma Mobile.
