device-fairphone-fp4: add bootmac dependency

In order to get stable WiFi and Bluetooth MAC addresses, install the bootmac service by default.

Also as noted in other device package reviews, qbootctl-openrc should be a dependency so the post-install/post-upgrade script will definitely have the openrc service available.
