google-glass: Add non-free firmware and initialize the display.

I recently decided that the Google Glass device port needed some love. This MR implements firmware support for Google Glass, as well as an initfs script to correctly initialize the display.

At some point, I plan to work on support for initializing the GlassHub, which contains the eye movement sensor, but that is a larger task I decided to delay for now.
