firmware-fairphone-fp5: upgrade to 20231122

Administrator requested to merge fp5-firmware-20231122 into master

Start squashing all the .mdt files into .mbn and install those. Keep installing compatibility symlinks so old and new kernel versions can work with the firmware - the kernel detects the correct format anyways.

Should work fine, just need to give it one more sanity check. Looks good!
