linux-postmarketos-qcom-sm6350: upgrade to 6.6.7

Administrator requested to merge fp4-6.6 into master

Manual config changes:

  • DRM_MSM=m (there's a race condition, genpd_power_off_unused needs to turn off mdss_gdsc before the display driver inits, otherwise screen stays black)

Finally a kernel update again for FP4..
