linux-samsung-coreprimevelte: eMMC, update-kernel and CODEOWNERS

Administrator requested to merge coreprime-emmc into master

This MR upgrades the kernel to 6.7-rc6 and adds patches for eMMC and touchkey support. With eMMC finally supported, this MR also enables postmarketos-update-kernel.

Finally, this MR adds CODEOWNERS entries for both coreprimevelte packages.
