main/boot-deploy-hook-dtbtool-exynos: new aport (MR 4687)

Administrator requested to merge exynos7870-mainlining into master

This package generates the dt.img required by postmarketos-mkinitfs in a boot-deploy hook.

This is useful in cases where a kernel package serves multiple device package. The kernel package is oblivious of the concerned device, and thus the generation is not possible.

PS: Similar packages for qcom/sprd might be useful...
