soc-qcom-sdm845: update alsa UCM configs
Fixes the name of the JackControl, which (being wrong before) was causing a bunch of weird issues for folks as libalsa randomly fails to do stuff like switch audio profiles.
This fixes a major regression, merging with one approval.
