merge master into kconfig-fragments

linux-postmarketos-grate changed in master, so the kconfig-fragments version was outdated and caused CI on future MRs to the branch to fail. This commit merges master into the branch. The existing kconfig fragments setup generates the same config as master even after the kernel update.
