linux-postmarketos-allwinner: upgrade to 6.7.0

Fixes #2349 (closed). I've refreshed patches because some didn't apply when I built directly from local repo and tried to import them with git am.

I haven't tested much beyond that yet, but noticed one issue (which I haven't investigated more closely yet): NetworkManager tries and fails to assign an IP to usb0, breaking USB networking. After assigning an address manually it works, at least until NetworkManager tries again (usually on next plug-in event). That's why I'm marking this as a draft, not breaking USB networking seems important, though as manual assignment works I'm not sure it's a kernel issue. 😅
