Administrator requested to merge pmos_mate_tooltips_onboard into master

Two config changes in this MR:

  • Tooltips can be annoying on toucscreen devices. Disable them by setting opacity and font-size to zero in GTK config.
  • The "onboard" virtual keyboard offers some special keys for mouse keys. Escpecially mouse right-clicking key is helpful. Enable those keys by default.

And a change in APKBUIKD (separate commit):

  • Make use of install option "-t"
