Fix CI on v23.12

Administrator requested to merge newbyte/v23.12-ci-fix into v23.12

@StacyHarper @anjandev would you mind verifying that these changes are okay? I'm not familiar with PolKit rules (do they support tabs?) and I'm not sure how to verify these changes.
