linux-postmarketos-mediatek-mt8173: upgrade to 6.7.3
Updated kernel tag and used pmbootstrap kconfig migrate.
Still marked as draft until it builds and I test it.
Tested on my c330, both sdcard and emmc boot. Works just the same as 6.7.
