device-htc-m8: minor changes to deviceinfo

Two minor deviceinfo fixes for htc-m8:

• remove deviceinfo_external_storage_install which is not used anywhere else that I can see
• fix default installation partition, on htc-m8, the default partition userdata cannot be used as it is read-only while S-On is active, so use the old default of system.
