pmos-base-ui: disable DNS filtering to work around dnsmasq hang

Crappy workaround, it's better than having DNS broken... See: #2601 (closed)

Also removed it from shellcheck, because SC doesn't like all of the unused/unreachable things after the exit 0. This commit should be reverted when the issue is actually fixed later...
