firmware-samsung-midas: add alternative bl1 blob, and set myself as maintainer for samsung-m3

The repo p4412_s_f2bl1.bin is downloaded from seem to be closest to original source drop that I can find. The blob is also used in fourkbomb's midas u-boot repo.
