Draft: xiaomi-mocha: new device
This commit initialize xiaomi-mocha (Xiaomi Mi Pad)'s mainline pmos port.
For now im not sure if the tablet works. It doesn't reboot but left blank with screen backlight on.
the UART is not working for now. Not sure if the Switch Chip ISL54062 have power or not.
The file attached is the schematic of the tablet. My valiant of the tablet has the the Switch chip so i should can work with UART but not sure how to make it work and if other has.
