device-valve-jupiter: fix fw, use Valve kernel patches, other fixes

A number of fixes:

  • oem-amd-nonfree-fw no longer exists from c6306cb9, and the fw here is pretty much required for the device to be useful so it's added to "depends=".

  • drops the -vulkan subpackage since oem-amd-vulkan is doing the same thing.

  • force rootfs partition resize on boot, else the rootfs is too small

  • disable unudhcpd, usb networking isn't working, and we don't need to run it on any dedicated eth device

  • use kernel with Valve's out of tree patches, to improve stability / usefulness of device
