linux-postmarketos-qcom-sc7180: upgrade to 6.6.28
Bump the version to the latest lts and update the aspire1 patches to drop already applied ones.
This also adds few now upstream aspire1 patches for EC that should bring everything I have working so far.
While at it, also switch Aspire 1 to systemd-boot.
