device-htc-m8: Add initial support for near-mainline kernel

Administrator requested to merge m8 into master

Add an option to the HTC One (M8) (aka m8) to use the linux-postmarketos-qcom-msm8974 package as a near-mainline kernel option.

A recent lk2nd (that supports m8) must be manually built and flashed to use this new kernel option.

USB networking works and can be used to interact with the phone (since no display yet). Wifi also works.
