linux-lenovo-21bx: upgrade to 6.9-rc6
I've been running all previous RC kernels for the last few weeks now, no regressions found yet. This laptop is my daily driver system
- kconfig migrate
- drop drm panel patch, doesn't seem to actually be required
- enable connector + proc_events, useful for extrace / debug
