systemd: upgrade to 256 and add me as comaintainer

Administrator requested to merge jane400/systemd-v256-rc1 into master_staging_systemd
  • There's a note in the APKBUILD about the depends, but not important for now (about the optional dependencies `dlopen`ed by systemd)
  • Does the LDFLAGS removal affect anyone? (thinking of localization)

Closes #2640 (closed) as the mentioned patches were removed. (I tried to get systemd running with the fewest patches possible. There might be some bugs.)
