Moonlight is an Open Source client for NVIDIA GameStream. It allows to play games remotely streaming from another device. With this UI package we can ship it as pre-built images for handheld consoles

Tested it to start in qemu

This MR splits out postmarketos-ui-cage into postmarketos-base-ui-cage, allowing to package software as a UI based on cage. So, both moonlight UI and cage UI depend on postmarketos-base-ui-cage which contains common stuff.
