I've not tested this, but I think it should work given that we have systemd session support enabled in Alpine as of https://gitlab.alpinelinux.org/alpine/aports/-/commit/6c70d4e5d4077419315832a2acab82883b0797ed. However, the systemd unit files get removed from the package when building so we would need to package those separately downstream if we want to take this approach.
