linux-samsung-a6lte: disable CONFIG_ZSWAP

Administrator requested to merge a6lte-disable-config-zswap into master

This causes a lot of spam in dmesg about "failed to allocate compressor transform", making it nearly impossible to search anything in the system logs.

This option has nothing to do with zram.
