main/postmarketos-config-nftables: add openrc subpkg

Administrator requested to merge craftyguy/drop-nftables-openrc-depends into master

For installing openrc-specific dependencies, specifically nftables-openrc which is needed because the post-install enables the openrc service and expects the initd script to be available then.

When this is merged, the following commit in the master_staging_systemd branch can be dropped:

  • 46adecee - main/postmarketos-config-nftables: systemd support
