device-nokia-n900: improve sxmo-dwm support

this MR gets sxmo-dwm working nicely ootb on the N900. I hope the commit message provides enough information about the two changed files. There appears to be no way to 'patch' files provided by packages (sxmo-utils in this case), hence the files were replaced in their entirety.
