xiaomi-clover: add support for modem, Wi-Fi/BT and GPU

Administrator requested to merge alexeymin/clover_wifi into master

Add firmware package needed for modem/Wi-Fi/Bluetooth/GPU to work.

Small cleanups to deviceinfo.

Using original author's commits and repositories, but tested by me.
