oem-intel: add i915 DMC fw to initramfs

Administrator requested to merge craftyguy/oem-intel-i915-load into master

Intel >=gen9 GPUs require DMC firmware to support some runtime low power states, it's loaded when i915 starts so let's make sure it's in the initramfs.
