linux-postmarketos-rockchip: upgrade to 6.6.34

Administrator requested to merge jenneron/linux-postmarketos-rockchip-6.6.34 into master

I did it in 2 steps:

  1. change pkgver
  2. pmbootstrap kconfig migrate linux-postmarketos-rockchip

We had a few attempts to upgrade this before and it didn't work out, I suggest to follow 2 conditions here:

  • let's not start kernel config from scratch if possible, so we don't lose the progress of device porting
  • let's stick to 6.6.x LTS, this way even if we get stuck again we will at least be able to upgrade it to minor releases
