main/linux-postmarketos-allwinner: update to 5.3-rc

This updates the allwinner kernel to https://gitlab.com/pine64-org/linux/commits/bshah/rebase-5.3-rc1

Looks good to me, although I am still working on re-wording/squashing/merging some commits etc. So lets wait for that.
